New in 2008, our North Point Cottage is a spacious, 2000 sq. ft. post and beam cottage nestled amongst the giant white pines.  The North Point also features a smaller two story cottage we call the "Tree House", perfect for families with kids, couples or groups that just want to spread out from the main cottage. Both the main cottage and the Tree House have spectacular views of Big Sand lake, part of the Winnipeg River system.

The North Point has ample room for all, with three bedrooms in the main cottage plus a bed in the loft, two bedrooms in the two story Tree House cottage and two bathrooms.  The spacious kitchen and living room with its wood stove fireplace and picture windows provide the perfect setting for entertaining.  Expansive decks on both cottages and a large screen porch on the main cottage provide the perfect setting to enjoy the day and watch the sun set over Big Sand lake. 

With a state of the art solar system, the North Point brings the comforts of home to this very private location "off the grid" with full amenities including satellite television. The large private dock can accommodate five boats and is equipped with charging stations.
